Arvito ("we") makes an app that shows your Gmail as chats. This policy explains what we access, what we keep, and how to delete it.
When you connect a Gmail account, Arvito uses Google's Gmail API to read, send and label email in that account so it can show your mail as chats and send your replies. We only access accounts you connect, and you can disconnect any account at any time.
"Make it proper" (✨) is optional. When you tap it, the text you typed and the last message in the chat are sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, to write a more formal version. This happens only after you agree in the app, only when you tap ✨, and the provider may not use it to train models. You can turn it off in Settings.
Our backend runs on Cloudflare. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
In the app, go to Settings → Delete account. This disconnects every Gmail account, revokes our access, and deletes the data we store, right away. Your email stays in Gmail. You can also delete your account at arvito.ai/delete-account.
Arvito is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
